We took out the existing master bath and changed it into a walk in closet then built a second story addition, creating a new master bath overlooking Lake Union. We remodeled the kitchen using the existing cabinets and making new ones on site to match. We added new kitchen counters and appliances and remade an old fireplace into a new, slide out pantry. In addition we rebuilt the exterior patio and walkways, including a custom walkway that incorporated squares from the original driveway.
