Langseth Kitchen Refresh - Issaquah

The Classic and Elegant Update.  This home had been lovingly cared for and maintained for the past 20+ years. Our clients felt it was time to refresh and modernize their main living areas. Keeping the focus on the traditional nature of this home we wanted to give them a fresh, clean and well planned space.

Using neutral colors with the kitchen cabinets and backsplash allowed us to blend the warmth of the deeper tone wood floors and granite countertops. We kept and painted the original perimeter cabinets but decided to change the size and color of the island and bar cabinet, making a stately impact in the center of the kitchen.

We suggested changing the stair balusters to iron to make the entryway have more depth and feel more contemporary. Lastly, we also incorporated new carpet, paint and can lights which made the space feel more open and bright, especially for the main living areas of the home.​
